Trovares Inc. was founded in 2014 to commercialize software developed by Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) with funding from DoD. Trovares xGT is the resulting commercial product. The company is led by executives with extensive HPC experience including James E. Rottsolk, former CEO of Cray Inc.
The Company began operations in 2017, when Trovares received a $5M contract over two-years from MPO for software development. Since 2019, Trovares has raised investment capital from private investors.
