Trovares Expands its Market Opportunity from HPC to the Desktop Server Market
Trovares Launches No-Code Graph Analytics Platform for Everyone
The new user interface, Trovares Desktop, provides easy access to the power of AI to guide data ingest, formulate queries, obtain and visualize results, all from a no-code browser.
Participating in the growing market for graph analytic tools, Trovares offers an HPC-style query engine that has been benchmarked as 500 times faster than its competitors. Obtaining answers fast leads to greater productivity and can facilitate greater depth searches.
Expanding its base of customers, Trovares also announces a Special Offer for its product, Trovares xGT Release 2.0 software, available between now and December 31st. 2024.
For its Special Offer, Trovares offers new customers an annual subscription up to a 256-core single server for $10,000. The software can run on laptops, servers, and mainframes, based on x86-64, ARM64, and Power10 compatibility.
Trovares xGT can be used on AWS Marketplace or on-premises.
Expanded Market
Trovares xGT is designed to scale-up, maintaining an in-memory graph while using all available compute resources. Trovares performance scales with the number of compute cores. Small devices: laptops, personal computers, and servers now have numerous cores. The same Trovares executable runs on all sizes of systems.
While the product was designed and has been tested in the HPC space at 300 billion edge scale, Trovares now brings its power to desktop and server environments, handling graphs with millions of edges. The user-friendly Trovares Desktop no-code portal empowers users of all skill levels to become data scientists, extracting valuable insights from their data.
The application supports a dynamic graph in memory which can be checkpointed should users desire. Trovares xGT is not a graph database, but rather a powerful graph search engine. The company assumes an Enterprise already has systems of record. Access to Knowledge Graphs is useful to counter AI’s propensity to hallucinate. Trovares can support a 64TB Knowledge Graph running on a big Enterprise Server, such as IBM’s Power10 mainframes.
Trovares xGT Desktop
Earlier releases of Trovares xGT were intended for Python users, predominantly data scientists. Now, no knowledge of computer languages is needed. The Trovares Desktop leverages GenAI so that questions can be asked in any of the major natural languages: English, Chinese, etc. This now means that users who want to gain insights from data can now proceed with the assistance of GenAI by asking questions in English and by clicking on a browser.
Trovares chose to limit the Special Offer to a 256-core subscription as many 2-socket servers now have that many cores. Trovares xGT uses all the cores available, running them in parallel to find answers to queries expressed in the Cypher™ query language.

About Trovares Inc.
Trovares Inc. is headquartered in the United States and is the developer of Trovares xGT. The company was founded specifically to address a mission problem faced by a U.S. Government agency. For optimal performance this problem required a property graph analytics engine designed to find patterns in data (sub-graph isomorphism). Trovares began work on xGT, its graph search engine, with a contract from the Government. They delivered Trovares xGT Release 1.0 to the Government upon conclusion of that two-year contract. Since then, Trovares has commercialized xGT further and has now achieved Release 2.0.
